Stackhero helps users track supplements, dosages, schedules, adherence, possible supplement interactions, and wellness metric trends.

Some features may use Apple HealthKit data, subscription services, barcode scanning, research sources, and AI-generated insights.

Stackhero provides general wellness information for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical guidance.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing supplements, medications, routines, treatments, or health-related decisions.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account secure.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Stackhero.

Stackhero may offer paid subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, trials, subscription periods, renewal terms, and included features are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

If you grant permission, Stackhero may read selected Apple HealthKit metrics to provide app functionality. You can revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Stackhero does not sell HealthKit data or use it for advertising.

AI-generated content and research summaries may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating outputs and consulting a qualified healthcare professional before relying on them for health-related decisions.

You agree not to misuse Stackhero, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt related systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
